These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Studio Suite by TMO and the related website located at https://studiosuite.online/. Studio Suite by TMO is owned and operated by Teach Music Online LLC. By accessing or using the site or any services we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

References to “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Teach Music Online LLC. References to “you,” “user,” or “customer” refer to anyone who accesses or uses the services.

ACCOUNTS

To use certain features, users may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and keep your login credentials private.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

USER GENERATED CONTENT

Users may create, upload, or store content within the platform. By providing content, you grant Teach Music Online LLC a non exclusive license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

PURCHASES AND PAID SERVICES

Users may purchase access to services or digital products. Fees are presented at checkout.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Studio Suite by TMO offers subscription based services. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and your access remains active through the end of the current billing period.

NO REFUND POLICY

All payments are non refundable. Because Studio Suite by TMO provides immediate access to digital tools, templates, and automation systems, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

THIRD PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS

Studio Suite by TMO is built on and operates through third party platforms including GoHighLevel and its connected integrations. This includes email services, SMS carriers, automation engines, and payment processors.

You acknowledge that these third party systems support the core functionality of the platform. We do not control their performance or availability and are not responsible for interruptions, outages, data loss, errors, or limitations caused by them.

MESSAGING COMPLIANCE

If you use Studio Suite to send SMS, emails, or other communications, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws including CAN SPAM, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and carrier rules. You must obtain proper consent from all recipients before sending messages.

Teach Music Online LLC is not liable for user messaging violations, penalties, blocked messages, or related consequences.

NO GUARANTEE OF MESSAGE DELIVERY

Messages sent through Studio Suite rely on third party infrastructure. We cannot guarantee that any SMS or email will be delivered or received. You agree that Teach Music Online LLC is not responsible for failed, delayed, or filtered messages.

USER GENERATED AUTOMATIONS

Studio Suite allows users to create workflows and automations. You are responsible for ensuring that your automations function as intended. Teach Music Online LLC is not responsible for unintended messages, workflow errors, incorrect configurations, or outcomes resulting from your automations.

DATA STORAGE AND DATA LOSS

User data is stored within GoHighLevel and other third party systems. We cannot guarantee against data loss, corruption, or downtime caused by these providers. By using the service, you acknowledge that Teach Music Online LLC is not liable for failures or data issues that originate in third party systems.

THIRD PARTY TERMS

By using Studio Suite by TMO, you also agree to the terms and policies of any third party systems used to provide services, including Go High Level, Twilio or other messaging carriers, Stripe or other payment processors, and any integrated tools.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Studio Suite by TMO in a way that:

• violates any laws or regulations

• infringes on the rights of others

• attempts to disrupt or harm the platform

• accesses or attempts to access another user’s account

• uploads harmful code or malware

• resells or exploits the service without permission

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

OWNERSHIP OF CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content including branding, design, templates, tools, and proprietary materials is the exclusive property of Teach Music Online LLC. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without compensation or credit.

PROMOTIONS AND CONTESTS

Promotions or contests may be offered periodically and will be governed by separate terms.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the service at any time and are not responsible for interruptions or downtime.

DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE

Teach Music Online LLC may suspend or permanently discontinue Studio Suite by TMO at any time. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers when possible. Users understand that the service may be discontinued and agree that we are not liable for inconvenience or loss. Future billing will end on the effective date of discontinuation.

DISCLAIMERS

Studio Suite by TMO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, performance, uptime, or suitability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teach Music Online LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the six months preceding any claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teach Music Online LLC, its owners, and its employees from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Utah County, Utah.

TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend access to the service for violations or harmful conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting customer support.
